About this public beta.

Gatherwise brings community conversations, classes, quizzes, and resources together. Creator access is free during the beta. Future platform pricing will be announced before any charge.

Your account and content

Sign in uses Clerk with email verification or Google. Gatherwise receives your account identifier, email, and, when available, your name. Your chosen profile, memberships, posts, files, progress, and quiz results are saved to provide the community experience. Community owners can see their members’ names, email addresses, and membership roles.

Public pages and member spaces

Community owners choose whether to publish a public introduction and membership offer. Community discussions, classes, and uploaded resources require membership. Premium content requires premium access. Publishing a community page does not publish its member list or lesson content.

Payments

Paid enrollment is available only when the platform payment connection and the creator’s payout setup are active. Checkout is hosted by Stripe. Gatherwise does not collect card numbers in its own forms. Each creator sets their premium offer and support contact. Review the price and recurring billing details before subscribing.

What is still in progress

Unattended scheduled posting and community email notifications are not active in this beta. Due scheduled posts currently publish when an administrator visits the community.
